OUR CLASSES
MUAY THAI
Partner Pad Work (All Levels) - Members are paired up by level, experience and size to practice well-thought-out offensive and defensive Muay Thai combinations on Thai pads.
Clinch Fundamentals - You will learn and train the fundamental techniques of the clinch in Muay Thai such as knees in the clinch, sweeps, hand positioning and locks in the clinch.
Sparring & Partner Drills - Shin pads, 14oz or 16oz gloves and a mouth guard are mandatory. It is recommended that participants have at least 20 Muay Thai classes or have novice to intermediate level in Muay Thai.
Intermediate Sparring & Partner Drills (minimum 20 regular Muay Thai classes before you should attend this class) - Members must meet a certain level and exercise control in Muay Thai offensive and defensive techniques to ensure they do not injure themselves or others. The class will consist of Sparring Drills, Clinching, and Technical Light Sparring. Mandatory equipment: 14oz gloves for members weighing 140lbs or less; 16oz gloves for members weighing +140lbs. Shin pads and mouth guards are mandatory for all.
Advanced/Fighter's Class (Invite Only) - Reserved for members preparing for competition and for those that are aspiring to compete. Members must meet a certain level in order to attend this class. More dedication to training is required of members.

YOGA
Our Yoga program consists of Vinyasa "Flow" and Gentle Hatha.
"Flow" Yoga is where poses are creatively linked together in a flowing sequence with your breath. Each sequence has been thoughtfully planned out to challenge you to improve your flexibility, increase muscle strength, tone your body, improve energy and respiration, cardio health, athletic performance and weight reduction. We recommend this style of Yoga for intermediate to advanced practitioners.
Gentle Hatha is focused on more static positions and is perfect for beginners. It is focused on posture and breathing. Although it is more gentle, it will challenge you physically and mentally.

FIGHT READY STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Being "fit" and being "fight ready" fit are two different things. These sessions will have you train like a fighter, through intense strength and conditioning drills and interval training like a fighter without having to step in the ring! The training involves kettle bell exercises, resistance band, land mines drills, medicine balls, plyometric box, etc. It is designed by fighters for fighters and recreational members that want to reach the same physical fitness as fighters.
