Yoga for Muay Thai
Our yoga classes are designed to support your Muay Thai training by improving flexibility, mobility, breath control, and overall movement. Whether you’re looking to recover, prevent injuries, or enhance performance, yoga helps you move better and stay balanced. We offer two styles to match your needs:
Gentle Hatha Yoga
All Levels Welcome
Suitable for all levels, this class focuses on gentle, full-body stretching with an emphasis on hip mobility, flexibility, and mindful movement. You’ll learn to connect breath with movement to improve control and relaxation.
Ideal for recovery, reducing muscle stiffness, improving kicks, and preventing injuries.
Flow Yoga
Intermediate
A step up from Gentle Hatha, this class is more dynamic and physically engaging, suited for those ready for a bit more challenge.
Through flowing sequences, you’ll build core strength, improve hip mobility, and develop balance and coordination. Breath is linked with movement to support focus and light endurance.
Great for improving movement quality, building strength, and supporting your overall performance.

Can I eat before class?
We recommend a light snack 1-2 hours before, but avoid heavy meals right before practice.
